We collect information artists provide to run their studio (name, contact details, business info) and information their clients submit through intake (name, phone, and tattoo project details). We collect this to deliver the service.
Information is used to operate the platform: managing client intake, sending appointment and follow-up messages, and providing analytics to the artist. We do not use it for unrelated purposes.
Clients who opt in receive SMS messages related to their appointments and the artist's studio. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services (for example, our SMS provider).
