When you contact a tattoo studio that uses Perpetual Studio, or submit an inquiry through a studio's intake form, we may collect:

• Appointment information — booking dates, times, consultation details, and related notes.
• Message content — the text of SMS conversations between you and the studio, used to coordinate your appointment.
• Consent records — whether and when you agreed to receive SMS messages.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve the studio's client communication service, including to:

• Respond to your booking and consultation inquiries.
• Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates via SMS.
• Help the studio manage its bookings and client relationships.

SMS Messaging & Consent

By submitting your phone number through a studio's intake form and agreeing to the SMS consent option, you consent to receive text messages related to your appointment, booking, and consultation. Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with the studio. Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Opting out will not affect your ability to book by other means, but may limit automated appointment reminders.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary to operate the service:

• With the tattoo studio you are communicating with, so they can serve you.
• With service providers (such as our SMS delivery and hosting providers) strictly to deliver messages and operate the platform, under agreements that limit their use of the data.
• When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Your conversations are not used to train AI models. Perpetual Studio uses AI to help manage messages, but we operate under commercial/business terms with our technology providers, under which your messages and information are not used to train AI models. We use your information only to operate the appointment and communication service for the studio you contacted.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorized access.
